Honda North, winner of Honda President's Award third year straight, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor.  This person must be a strong multi-tasker who enjoys working with the public to schedule service appointments, set up warranty work and analyze service needs to include writing complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts in a busy dealership.  The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed the dealership standard for customer satisfaction, hours per repair order written, and follow through to ensure all documents are properly signed off and payment received. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds helpful, but not necessary.  EOE

2-4 years of direct Automotive Service Advisor experience. 
Customer focus, with friendly attitude
Basic automotive service operations knowledge

Dover Honda and Dover Chevy, located on the NH seacoast looking for the right person to strengthen our talented team of experienced Business Managers who can work with both domestic and foreign vehicle financing.  This person must have strong automotive financing skills and enjoys working with the public to provide customers with a thorough explanation of automotive aftermarket products and service contracts.  Must be motivated to maintain a consistent gross profit per car average on a monthly basis as determined by management.  This person will need to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with several financing institutions including manufacturers.  The Business Manager must be able to work collaboratively with the sales staff to develop a high level of financing sales.  The successful candidate must be able to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments and conduct business in an ethical, confidential and professional manner.  Strong communication and organization skills required.
The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed the dealership standard for customer satisfaction and follow through to ensure all documents are properly signed off and payment received within specified timeframes. EOE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Automotive finance and insurance sales training necessary.
