Qualifications

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN - PORSCHE

Description:
Porsche of Stratham, with a modern, state of the art facility, is looking for an experienced Service Technician.  This person must be a skilled-level technician who is able to perform routine service, diagnoses and repairs in all areas for Porsches and Audis.  Must be ASE certified. The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed the dealership standard for customer satisfaction, hours per repair order written, and follow through to ensure all documents are properly signed off. 
Requirements:

  • 3 years + of direct repair experience for Porsches with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
  • Customer focus, with friendly attitude
  • Lifting ability up to 100 pounds
  • Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening required
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
  • State Vehicle Inspector Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school or tech school diploma or equivalent education and experience

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Dover Auto World is looking for experienced Service Advisor who can work with both domestic and foreign vehicles. This person must be a strong multi-tasker who enjoys working with the public to schedule service appointments, set up warranty work and analyze service needs to include writing complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts in a busy dealership. The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed the dealership standard for customer satisfaction, hours per repair order written, and follow through to ensure all documents are properly signed off and payment received. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds helpful, but not necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of direct repair experience with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
  • Customer focus, with friendly attitude
  • Basic automotive service operations knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lifting ability up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening required
  • Valid driver's license

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Full-Time Business Development Center Telephone / Internet Sales Professional

Description:

We are looking for a friendly, high energy, telephone sales professional with a great attitude and verbal skills to add to our talented team of business development center telephone sales consultants. This position is located at our Stratham, NH operation. You will be extensively trained using industry leading tools to answer customer questions and schedule appointments to visit our auto dealership. Additionally, you will be responsible for outbound follow up calls, but absolutely no cold calling or car sales. Strength in both appointment setting and building product value are required.

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized
  • Should be Internet savvy with the ability to maneuver various websites, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer proficiency, ability to learn and an exceptional telephone manner are required.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be able to work some weekends, some evenings, and be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
